just to let you know I called his phone (the 732 number) yesterday, no answer, left a voice mail and no returned call or email as of today. please makse sure he has both my home and cell numbers; h:661-360-9960 C:310-863-3056) as he has promised to pay me the $28,000 he owes me "within a month or sooner". that was october 29th. and "sooner" has not happened. he also promised to have the 1,000,000 shares of additional stock (which he said he tohght was already taken care of) issued "immediately" in our conversation of October 29th. i have yet to see the transfer agent's confirmation of that. what is going on?
I am very disappointed to say the least. let him know that if i do not recieve payment by end of this month as well as the promised additionaql stock (1,000,000 shares), i am going to start writing to the SEC and see what they have to say. as a licensed u.s customs broker with ties to U.S. Treasury and Deaprtment of Homeland Security i have many close contacts with the government and friends that will tell me who to call to get this done - regardless of the consequnces of the effect on the stock which i truly beleive will never trade again anyway. but you can be sure of this - i will not go down alone.
