-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I believe that the naked shorters have been an important part of Urban's overall plan for a long time. Following is a possible sequence of important events:
- Sometime early in 2003, Urban makes a major mineral discovery with a significant valuation.
- Urban develops a long range plan, that includes "utilizing" the shorters. In order for the plan to be effective, it will need to be a secret plan, so the company becomes non-reporting in the middle of 2003.
- For the remainder of 2003, Urban lines up partners, investors, and lines of credit; and continues development of his master plan.
- In early 2004, Urban acquires drilling equipment, and drills the Carolyn kimberlite. He makes additional discoveries that greatly increase the valuation of CMKX to a billion dollars or more.
- Throughout it all, Urban had only issued less than 40 billion shares of stock. This is the "legit" o/s. But he also began agressively buying naked short shares. On two occasions, he raised the a/s to accomodate all the NSS he had purchased. At .0001 average, he eventually purchased around 600 billion NSS, as a cost of 60 million dollars. But remember, the "legit" o/s is still less than 40 billion shares, because that is all that was issued thru Urban's transfer agent.
- Now we come to the present. The "legit" o/s is now perhaps around 120 billion, and Urban owns an additional 600 billions NSS.
- There are a lot of possible scenarios at this point, including making a cash cow out of Urban's NSS by issuing a cash dividend. However, I think that the realities of the market and persuasion by the SEC and DTC may have led Urban to the decision to make a deal with the shorters and sell his NSS back to them at a modest profit. Shares sold at .0002 would bring him a 100% profit. And, maybe that's whats been going on. It would explain the need for secrecy and all the selling at low levels.
- The final chapter will be a richer Urban rewarding his investors, and filing to reveal a very low float and legit "o/s". Then we can begin our trip to the moon!!!
