I agree with that 1000%.

Although I don't care for Kramer he stated one time companies need to keep cash to grow the company but if they fail to do so then they should declare a dividend.

IDCC's has been looking for years to invest in something and so far has found nothing so a dividend is probably in order.

I wouldn't care if they bought a company that makes bobby pins as long as it makes money as that's much better than getting 1% or less on your cash.
