The OS is 716,000,000, The 7 warrants were ONLY for another 1,000,000 total shares. As of like 10 days ago it was still at 716,000,000 per the T/A.

So it is either still 716,000,000 OR 717,000,000 minus 360,000,000 +/- Mrs Josloff has.

"IF" the warrants were excercised, I bet they were not. And they expired 31 OCT 2009.

So the "tradable float is still ONLY 360,000,000 +/- 1,000,000. I'd say that's quit determined.

Than minus what we hold here, = the "tradable float".
