No one knows what is held. Although we can say is it's tight by how easily the pps moves up & down on relatively small volume.

Everyone can guesstimate but that's all it is, a guesstimate.

Dan without the he said she said or finger pointing fight.Just call Rene @ Florida Atlantic stock transfer aka FAST.Rene will tell you it is the policy of FAST to only give out the outstanding count,not the restricted or the float.So with that said there is no way to say what the float is "now" as opposed to 2008.
As far as the convertible notes go?Could some of those CD's have been negotiated and settled?Those notes or parts of them would then be in "friendly" hands?No?Or were shares issued in lieu of debt?We don't know that due to the filing and disclosure status of INCA @ present.
This stock is about to move up IMHO big time from these levels and its quite obvious when you look @ the chart and understand the story here.But the way it will stay up this time compared to last is to not throw pie in the sky,because it always comes back down in a threads face.However this is supposed to be a free speech forum,so who am I to tell others what to post or not to post,right Dan :)
