vinny do they also have liabilities such as expenses?

Because you can't pay a bill with knowledge. You have to actually pay for it with money. Now, I suppose that money will come from where exactly? I mean, considering that it appears as if neither company is currently creating any revenues.

How would one pay a debt when all they have are partnerships, knowledge and experience?

Perhpas RWE is a good fit long term? Short term seems to be a great deal of added expenses. Without revenues the bills still have to be paid. And the merger will create more bills in the short term before any products are potentially sold and any revenue stream is generated.

How much would you say it will cost to build the Huntington Beach facility, get the Czech project running and keep the SC facility up and running?

Seems like quite a bit if you ask me. So, short term will it not create a larger financial burden?

I think one of the DD posts from earlier today that mentioned that RWE had 60 employees or was finishing a project that would hire 60. I could be wrong.

I can factually tell all of you this, RWE is The Engineering arm of the merger and BEHL is the Scientific (8 current Algae strains) & Marketing arm of this merger. Technologically, RWE's PBR system is light years ahead of BEHL's. RWE can grow and produce the algae much faster which allows it to get product to the market sooner. BY the way, RWE has a tone of offers to produce Algae related products....BEHL is their answer with the Algae strains they can produce. Money will flow from this merger real soon. This is a great merger. I live 20 minutes from RWE.
