I don't see how a merger with RWE makes the stock any more valuable.

And I dont see how this merger could not make the stock more valuable (forgive the double neg)

They have technologies, partnerships, knowledge and experience in the exact same field. But a "how is this any good" spin on the information gets made anyways...
