I can factually tell all of you this, RWE is The Engineering arm of the merger and BEHL is the Scientific (8 current Algae strains) & Marketing arm of this merger. Technologically, RWE's PBR system is light years ahead of BEHL's. RWE can grow and produce the algae much faster which allows it to get product to the market sooner.
