I agree with you. Why would it be taking this long if she has already decided that she doesn't have enough information and that the $4B decision needs to go trial. She could've said that right away.

So Chiron..Trial brings full on disclosure, public awareness of illegalities and such that Weil will certainly bring up if he has such stuff in his quiver. I can't believe JPM wants to go further..

That is such an unfair assessment of any judge. You have no idea what her case load is. You can't fairly judge what her priorities are.

This is one of the largest bankruptcy cases in history. There is immense pressure on her.

Lighten up. You're one of those people who changes their attitudes from one extreme to the other on a dime and you're judging someone else for their "judging." What a hoot.

Jerle.....interesting point.......I tend to agree......the "as soon as possible" situation needs to happen soon or her peers will start to question her skills.
