Well they think it will go up based on the prospects of the company adding additional businesses, announcing the ex date for the dividends that have been announced, etc. Indeed, even if it stayed the same, the dividends could be a windfall and might even end up higher than IOVE. The way I see it, it's very easy to audit these subsidiaries as they just started. This means that when they file the papers for a spinoff with financials, even if they're nominal cash etc., the spinoffs will end up on the OTCBB. IMO.
