Looks like we all need to contact Delaware then. As you said, they need to be informed of the vote. I was planning to fax an expedited request for the hard copies of the filings. I was wondering what RH must have said to get the documents filed. Also, why they have not been acted upon yet. I think they will mail hard copies to me within 24 hrs, monday now, but I wonder if there is a way to do it quicker. Maybe if they are aware that this is fraudulent they will move more quickly.
