I just got a call back from the SEC. They are not the ones to handle this. The same place that BF called Delaware Division of Corporations is the right place that is where the fillings took place, there is no SEC office in Delaware. We need to call them and sound the alarm giving them the detail about the Proxy... we have to find out about stopping RH's illegal transactions/filings from going through. There is also pinksheets.com where the trading takes place per the SEC that we could research and contact them.
