No, that is not right. Comparing PPHM’s single-arm trial results to cherry-picked historical data means nothing, zilch, nada. Almost any drug candidate ever invented could be made to look good in this manner.

I can't conceive of folks like Dr. Chabner and Dr. Garnick risking their reputations by joining a loser, much less a scam, company.

If you had a dollar for every time someone has posted this sentiment on a biotech message board, you would probably be living on a tropical island.
