No, that is not right. Comparing PPHM's single-arm trial results to cherry-picked historical data means nothing, zilch, nada. Almost any drug candidate ever invented could be made to look good in this manner.
Well, I defer to your expertise in this area. But if what you say is true, I can see no reason why Peregrine would waste their time and money doing such trials. I guess you would answer that it's because they are a scam. I'm still thinking they're not. It will be interesting to see who was correct.
