(EDIT) simple and I discussed yesterday about slowness #7138 & 7139

EDIT: On my 7138 post, I just checked and movie sent in AM Monday 10/4 has still not been removed from my checked out list. I have 53 movies in my que so would not think they were having a "find one for this guy" problem. I too think they all took off for a long weekend.

(EDIT)On inventory, do we or Nat.Ful.,own the inv?

We had some games from veegeez but do we actually own the inventory that National Fulfillment is using? Someone must be supplying all of these grocery stores and other small to medium sized private operators with dvds. I don't see how they could all afford and maintain an inventory.

Regardless if it is ours or theirs, we are certainly dependent upon National Fulfillment to keep our customers happy.

Someone once posted that a fulfillment outfit wants cash up front to provide this or that level of service so maybe they are working within the contract at the original pace before this increase in subs.

I am very irritated with the company. I signed up two weeks ago and have yet to get anything from my queue. They first checked into the problem and said that they had trouble processing my card in an email they sent me. I contacted the company by phone to give them another card because Sovereign can be a pain like that. The customer service person told me they had no idea what the person in the email was talking about and that my credit card was working just fine. I switched the card anyways to be sure. Five days later still nothing ships from my queue. I call again and they see no problems with it . . maybe they just don't have what I want in stock right now. Ok, here's the problem: When I first signed up I made sure that I put in a variety of items, new movies, old movies, new games, old games and NONE have shipped! The only reason why I hang in with this company is because I have stock in it. If I was just a normal consumer I would have cancelled my account 2 weeks ago. They really need to snap to it or else they won't survive.
