Lynnie...I placed my first order with the company on the 10th, late at night. I just checked, and they've shipped already. Hopefully the problems you are having are not the norm. So far, I have no complaints.
I have had the same exact problem. It is irritating to say the least. The only reason I'm with them is also b/c I'm a stockholder. They need to get their act together pronto if they plan on keeping customers. Netflix will run them over at this rate.
