All - I was goofing around on my earlier post. Someone called me a SMARTYPANTS yesterday...so I was just being a bully smartypants.

I DO NOT think you can deduce the O/S in EVFL from that PR today.

All they stated was you must have a minimum of 50,000 shares of EVFL in order to be eligible to receive a dividend of SWRS. Why issue a fraction of a share to somebody if they don't have enough skin in the game?

From there we can assume that the 1.5 Million SWRS (Divided by) O/S of EVFL Common Shares is the ration of dividend you will receive.

Multiply that number by your total number of shares and there you have your dividend.

In now way can you assume that the 50,000 share minimum has ANYTHING to do with the O/S in EVFL. It is probably just a guestimate to eliminate the need account for a ration that works out to less than 1 share.

In theory you can speculate that it means something, but we just don't know until they post the O/S in EVFL.
