ace, i'll grant you that we can't deduce the O/S from this divi PR, but we can speculate based on the verbage that was given. that is all we can do, that's what we're supposed to do.

having said that, i re-read the PR and i did notice that it did not say for every 50,000 shares of EVFL you have you'll get 1 share of SWRS, it said the following......

"Any shareholder of record owning at least 50,000 shares of Evolution Fuels common stock as of November 30, 2009 shall be entitled to receive a quantity of the 1.5 million shares of Southwest Resources common stock proportionate to their ownership of shares of Evolution Fuels common stock."

so, my bad, i hereby retract my ASSUMPTION of 75 BILLION O/S, happy now? :)

i will, however, remain pessimistic until this thing crawls out of the basement. :)

So they are going to possibly give shares to everyone that owns more than 5 dollors of this stock. I wasted my money on this stock. What a pump and dump.

That would be Me. Mr. Ace has not been a smarty pants today and has in fact provided a very good post about how EVFL and companies may fit together. It makes perfect sense to me and is very exciting. Thank you Mr. Ace for your insight. Go EVFL and companies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
