They could have just started European businesses using the name Bob's Wanky Holding Corp. and gave us nothing. We'd never have known. But 80% of this company is going to IOVE, 45% staying with IOVE, and 35% going to the shareholders to make the new company liquid IMO.
Yes IOVE management/control investors will make money off the European company. That's why they are in business!
