Did you put in the same post "We have heard enough theory" and then make claims that short sellers were bring on this litigation? LMAO

To join a Class action of this nature you need to be a shareholder of record. Short sellers are not shareholders of record. Only longs can bring on this class action.

Company announced they were "cash flow positive". They also stated they, SPNGE (not RME), never sold into the float or open market. RME's actions remain to be seen! The "back room" rumors (pump) stated that RME still had them in their possession. That, too, remains to be seen.

So, with the company admitting being CF+ and not selling shares to raise capital, than I ask...why the increase in A/S?

No FTDs = No NSS

Keep 'er spinning!

What do you think are the facts regarding the OS. 4 month old filings on a company that has changed and reversed position on the AS as much as SPNG has (for what purpose) isnt really a fact. It may have been when they filed, but I think they were lying then also. Dont forget, the SEC doesnt jump into these things overnight.. they do seious research for months before announcing the investigation

I just hope they won't have to use it to fight off wasteful litagation brought about by shorts manipulating stock for personal gain.

why are you blaming the short position holders? short trading is just another trade .. but with higher risk/rewards .. plus! you can see the short interest each day ..
