We're off Reg SHO! Personally, I think the Reg SHO thing was a factor of the Pensley letter being made public back in June. I think Reg SHO was an outcome of stock legends weren't getting removed with fake opinion letters, as indicated by Pensley's letter! I think Reg SHO was based on a faulty 722M O/S count, and would not have been triggered as easily if the SROs out there had more up-to-date information. I think Reg SHO was being played by SPNGE!!!
