That was not the question.My question was,did he receive a settlement in addition to the agreed upon plaintiff one, for a group of his own.If so who were the members of that group.Nice dodge with the reduced attorney fee point.

Then he ran away from the case. 150000 dollars for a few minutes work. I guess the leaders don't no how to negotiate anything to the unitholders' advantage.
