First, you have no idea what his fees were.

Second, if he can reduce the costs to the unit holders by $1,000,000 in a few minutes work, I'm good with that. If it took him a month to get that reduction, would you feel better about it?

Pretty sad of you to attack the "leaders" when they worked extremely hard on your behalf. I remember whenever someone would post even the slightest comment about MOSH, you went bezerk. In fact, you were banned for a while because of your behavior. Now that you have changed your tune you are attacking those who fought on your behalf. Very nice. Did you help out in the effort? I am not talking about financially, but did you write letters to the judge and make efforts to change the settlement agreement?

Also, you repeatedly say that we should take our .15 plus the auction proceeds and end the case. Okay, well what happens if there are no buyers at the auction? According to the settlement agreement, the defendants can dispose of the property however they want. Thus, we may not get anything from the auction. Also, there are fees JP will charge us for winding down the trust so that could eat into the settlement dollars and there are the attorneys fees. Perhaps it's best not to jump the gun and presume that we are getting .15 plus the auction proceeds.
