Again why I think this comapny is worth more being sold than it is being abused by Ray.
Ray may try to abuse it in a last ditch attempt to save it before they sell it, this may be true.
I still don't understand why this board doesn't focus it's DD and attention more to the value of this company being sold.
They fact that Emisens in intereted in a joint venture R&D in itself is a signal that this company has value on some other companies portfolio.
Emisens is not stupid and I am sure they looked into ID0's balance sheet and share count and personal history of IDO BOD memers before they made their decision.
Again I will point out that the Rayettes seem to be keeping us focused away from this subject. I would like to see DD from the Rayettes to show us that this sell theory is not a viable one.
