Dear Client:

Thank you for your reply.

Scottrade cannot comment on the policies or procedures other brokerage houses have set in place. The trading restriction for this security is a Scottrade corporate decision that has been put in place due to the global lock that has been placed on this security by the DTC. The DTC is a member of the U.S. Federal Reserve System and is a registered clearing agency with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). DTC cannot restrict public trading in any stock and therefore they do not decide whether or not to trade this stock, but they can restrict stocks from receiving their settlement services. Although there may be other clearing agencies, we base our decision not to trade this security on the DTC's decision to place a global lock on it. Once again, please keep in mind that this is Scottrade's decision, not DTC's.

Scottrade will not allow trading on this security until the global lock has been removed by the DTC and we determine that trading can be permitted in our client's accounts.

Please let us know if we may be of further assistance.

Sincerely,
Andrew Carlie

Dear Client:

Thank you for your e-mail.

Presently, Scottrade is not accepting any orders (buy or sell) for ANVH.

This trading restriction, which is a Scottrade corporate decision, is due to the "global lock" that has been placed on the security by the Depository Trust Company (DTC). DTC is one of the largest clearing and settlement firms that offers trade settlement services for brokerage firms.

The global lock simply means that DTC has suspended all trade settlement services for the particular security. With no legitimate means of settling trades, Scottrade will not accept orders for ANVH until the suspension has been lifted.

True, DTC cannot restrict public trading in any stock, but they can restrict stocks from receiving their settlement services. Scottrade will not offer any trading in ANVH until DTC begins offering settlement services for that security. There is no way for us to estimate if or when that might occur.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

this is kind of stupid considering everything , and since someone posted the shell i guess fisher owned got susupended i guess that right havent checked my self , thats one for the bad side, however i never said about the any .15 cent run , just the last one to 3 cents , you made a comment it was not there money funding it , could be a thousand possibilities including fraud , ther just isnt enough info either way yet , Ir e-mail they think its going to trade again , that they will solve that when they do there paln rs forward splits , i posted that , and that the cfo e-mailed the same thing , im saying count on it , but its a forward event , from absolute silence , if nothing was received from Ir i would consider this stock completely gone , they even gave me info on the how business is going , they are either very good at fraud or the company is still going , -----but given the mystery of marfa etc anything is possible ,
