Ya, FINRA really drags their feet on deleting symbols of inactive securities that had been SEC suspended.

I don't say it as much as I used to, but Bugs Bunny could do a better, quicker job than the SEC and FINRA.

Thanks. Who says there will be a conference call next week. I was not aware any was planned. Will there be some major announcement necessitating a conference call to further explain it. Their quarter just ended March 31, so it is unlikely that the results for the quarter would be available for release that quickly. Where did you get the idea of a conference call. If there is one planned, it could be a strong positive.

I know an attorney that would do it for $150, but it can't be done for a totally non-reporting company, since it has to go through a full service broker from start to finish.

The answer is he did a major scam by stating the dividend was fully funder, it was paid and 23 days later taken back, as it never came from them, but that small fact never officially came out.

With that still up in the air, they lied it was being taken care of.

So regardless of what stock you're in that he has anything to do with, if you see it jump, it's just an intentional spike, and get out with any type of profit.

But it doesn't say what happens to the money taken out prior to that days open from your account when it goes ex-dividend.

Last week I called up FINRA to find out where the proposed dividend went to when it went ex-dividend and the amount was reduced from my brokerage account the morning before it opened.

Totally stumped, and suggested I call NASDAQ.

It's a question for FINRA.

Scottrade said it's a normal bookkeeping item, but also had no answer where it went to.

For me that was the removal of $1240 from my cash account.

Why is a dividend called a dividend when the money was ours to begin with.

Three months later the dividend was paid, and the stock took off, that is, until approximately 23 days later when the dividend was rescinded, and removed from my cash account.

So who got my original money deducted three months before ?

Note: It's the same everywhere as the amount of the future dividend is removed ex-dividend over all stocks through all exchanges.

Yes, but he never helped those that had their shares in brokerages that would not sell or transfer those shares.

And did steal the money for the dividend.

So many keep forgetting that when the stock went ex-dividend, the value of the future dividend is removed from your stock account, then three months later the dividend had to be paid, but technically was not, and all lost the value of that dividend.

Federal thefts.

Yesterday, it just looked like a couple of MMs moving stock between themselves, for whatever reason.

Yes, I agree, there must be a secret, as the MMs wouldn't waste their time with this. It's not worth their effort, and there definitely isn't any interest. Well not much anyway, except with those that have a legitimate axe to grind. This has been a strange journey, no trading at all for weeks, if not months, and then a flurry of trades, and then nothing again. I always believed that they (or he) had their reasons and justifications, that he just didn't care to deal with it anymore, which is only a luxury if one can afford it, which in itself gave me the confidence to hang in there. I have my shares with Etrade and Zecco, and both allow trading.

Bought this crap back in Apr/May 2009 @ avg $.0117 and TD Amer says there is/has been a global DTCC lock on the stock. Apparantly not so for some. The rep says there may be MM's trading betwen themselves to give the appearance of activity... I for one would have liked to be part of the 236% rise to $.0038 today...

Because from the time they let the DTC pay it to the different brokerages to be paid to holders of stock of ANVH, they never said it was not their money.
