A settlement is good for NEOM, but when you look at the cash flow position of Neomedia vs where Scanbuy is sitting right now it leads me to believe that they may be forced to settle for less than we were all hoping just to keep the lights on.

We'll see. This is a positive for shareholders but I'm keeping my expectations tampered until I see some material announcements about settlement terms, assuming everything goes forward.
