JCG: I wouldn't assume they will release any settlement details. This can be sealed by the court. I wouldn't expect anyone to admit fault. I also wouldn't assume there is going to be cash. This may be a cross-licensing deal which is very common. A cross-licensing deal would pull out all the stops on finishing interoperability.
