If it were a direct order from CTIA, then it is assumed that Neomedia's patents are golden in the States.

Now, how would Neomedia's IP rights and revenue rights be inserted into this entire ecosystem building process?

For instance, would CTIA require that all players go to Neomedia 1st, get a license, before becoming registered with the clearinghouse, etc.?

Or is this line of thinking totally off base?
