Here's my problem, bobber.........why isn't this an EXCHANGE of BEHL shares for the new company's share's? That would be a reason for people to keep buying into BEHL stock ragardless of a date of ownership.
The way it's set up now, we just know BEHL stock will be virtually worthless after the ownership date, but are unsure of what the new company's pps will be by then.
Fisher has really fumbled the ball here, IMO.
