I can;'t disagree with how bad fisher and IR has handled the last PR. A merger is a merger, BEHL shareholders now will become new BEHL shareholders in the new. That is what a merger is. The PR was poorly worded and has been ignored by fisher and the IR in putting out a clarification PR
Current BEHL shareholders will be shareholders in the new BEHL with same cash asset as they hold. Otherwise this makes no sense. I can understand poor PR's we have had them before
