clarification will take care of that. If you have $50,000 in behl shares today, you will have either $50,000 or $55,000 in "new behl" shares after the merger. Otherwise the merger doesn't achieve its aim at all. Its ridiculous to think otherwise..except it does allow me to pick up cheaper shares
