First let it be clear I have always stated in my opinon it smells fishy. I have never stated I knew it was corrupt. However if the judge is as qualfied as one who has judged many a patent case, and as I understood even worked at the patent office, and based on what our legal opinions and from our technical opinions no way the judge could make a decision he made. The basic principals of concept and other as I think I understand it things that should clearly been viewed totally different than the principals the judge applied making his decision.
As eas Barefoot Sanders, Judge Lynn, Batts and now Luckern. Coincidental Nokia has always found a Judge to do their bidding! And remember Lynn & Batts were reversed!
