First let it be clear I have always stated in my opinon it smells fishy. I have never stated I knew it was corrupt. However if the judge is as qualfied as one who has judged many a patent case, and as I understood even worked at the patent office, and based on what our legal opinions and from our technical opinions no way the judge could make a decision he made. The basic principals of concept and other as I think I understand it things that should clearly been viewed totally different than the principals the judge applied making his decision.
