good point. But we know that the business (Inca) did not generate enough revenue to do so. So, would SJ have any motivation to pay those debt out of her own pockets? And more importantly, if she did so, would that be an event needed to be disclosed?
Heyo recently pointed out that pink stocks also have disclosure obligations...
