nmbi its not about being pink.If a company was a "reporting company" and went pink for whatever reason?The obligation to file does not go away because they went pink.On the other hand if for example a company began trading on the pinks without financial reporting requirements then there is no "obligation" to file.
INCA is a 34's act company and is/was a fully reporting company,it therefore has an obligation to file its 10q's and k's and there is no questioning that fact. If the company wants to terminate its obligation to file it must file a form 15 to do so.However the company decides to go they must do so before the SEC acts as many companies have found out the hard way on the gray sheets,just look at the OTC daily list.

Perhaps the penalty is not a deterrent...
perhaps the corporation (IDGI) doesn't care
whether it is pink or grey.
