Guess the cats out of the bag....bankrupt, no assets other than a bulldozer....not even the dirt piles, and during the proceedings no mention of 'Aurus'. Oops. Someone call Elena. Must be a conspiracy. Bankruptsy officials must be bashers trying to scoop up cheapies....lol.

Thanks eik - I think you helped uncover an important piece.

I feel that you took offense from that last post, but in such sensitive information sharings you are usually subject to accusations, especially if not everything is brought out correctly and in full.

Why are many here ready to bash Krong I don't know. Perhaps you can shed some light on it. What is Krong in relation to Aurus? Despite the infamous "bankruptcy" element, I think there is a lot more we need to know before we label this as a scam.
How is Krong able to pay wages if that is the case - and I do know this for a fact?

Isn't it obvious?
If what you say is so,then Krong assets were already divied up.
Remember,Aurus owns Krong, not the other way around.
But whom now is in control of the tailings ?
Former ABVG,Red Tarmac,Zoloto Ventures?
PHMB did PR that they were selling some assets and was issuing a pro rata basis dividend.
The only asset PHMB could have had was mining claims that many said were not real.
Funny thing is that another company associated to Dan Ryan issued
a pro rata dividend after selling mining claims that the company never exploited.

In memory of John Helmer:
Sometimes the shell game is stopped in mid stream and the table must be cleaned. And players must be paid.

Kinda interesting the latest Aurus 'campaign' began around this same time frame....lol. Guess someone needed money and thought they could go back to the well ;-)

"It still is, the court granted an extension for 1 more month (till 10/02/2009) after Krong’s owner Chegenev promised to pay all the debts (plus temporary management expenses) using his personal money and begged to stop the procedure of bankruptcy (9/4/2009). Comparison to US bankruptcy procedure (which sometimes helps to write off debt) is kind of risky, because Chegenev will have to pay everything he refused to pay earlier plus some more. So, if Valentin finally pays (something around $50,000 – I haven’t converted from rubles) his company will probably stay alive."
