Former ABVG,Red Tarmac,Zoloto Ventures? PHMB did PR that they were selling some assets and was issuing a pro rata basis dividend. The only asset PHMB could have had was mining claims that many said were not real. Funny thing is that another company associated to Dan Ryan issued a pro rata dividend after selling mining claims that the company never exploited.
