One Insider probably thinks that “Outsider” is a bad word in English. OTOH, I would agree that “sleazy” is a pretty bad characteristics. So, let’s see… Aug. 15. Sleazy outsider asks: “Why, according to Russian official sources, “Krong" is listed as inactive company and has not reported any financial/tax activity since 1999? “ Aug. 16. Sleazy insider responds: “Incomprehensible, what "official sources" and where at you such incorrect information?... How you think, state and tax departments will re-register the company which is not publishing the tax and financial reporting?”
At the time when “insider” was writing this angry response Krong was already declared bankrupt and put under supervision of new bankruptcy management (decision from 7/10/2009). The purpose of this “controlled managing” with new temporary director is to collect whatever assets the company has to satisfy requests of creditors. The deadline was extended twice, last time till 8/28/2009, and the only asset listed for Krong was bulldozer, and the court was unable to locate it. So, at the time when sleazy insider gave the answer above, Krong was officially bankrupt… It still is, the court granted an extension for 1 more month (till 10/02/2009) after Krong’s owner Chegenev promised to pay all the debts (plus temporary management expenses) using his personal money and begged to stop the procedure of bankruptcy (9/4/2009). Comparison to US bankruptcy procedure (which sometimes helps to write off debt) is kind of risky, because Chegenev will have to pay everything he refused to pay earlier plus some more. So, if Valentin finally pays (something around $50,000 – I haven’t converted from rubles) his company will probably stay alive.
and compare it to “the Sleazzy way it was portrayed by this Insider party”. BTW, try to figure out why Aurus name was never mentioned during the trial and why "valuable" Roshal pile and multiple places in Magadan ares not listed as Krong's asset. Actually, it's clearly stated that Krong has no "land" assets.
