American Construction Services, Inc. is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) in which Bio-Clean International, Inc. owns a 49 percent interest. American Construction Services, Inc. was formed to work with Bio-Clean International's other affiliated entities and Teaming Partners to provide construction and environmental clean up related services to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and other United States Government Agencies. The Company has targeted and is preparing bids for a number of jobs that are exclusively set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.

According to a release, Bio-Clean International, Inc. will own a 49 percent minority interest in the new corporation, with John P. Finn, President of Bio-Clean International, Inc. and the newly named President of American Construction Services, Inc., owning the remaining capital stock of American Construction Services, Inc.
James E. Shipley, President of Bio-Clean International, Inc., stated, "We expect that American Construction Services, Inc. will be granted certification as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) shortly. We also expect to obtain licensing as a contractor in the near future. Because of the planned status of American Construction Services, Inc. as a SDVOSB certified business, we believe that American Construction Services, Inc. will be in a good position to bid on and be issued contracts on numerous government projects, including those involving environmental clean-up and bio-hazard remediation through the use of our own environmentally-safe cleaning fluids and those of our Teaming Partners."
