L2V: I always found it curious why Howard specifically mentioned on the March CC that he was glad that the arbiters were going to take until Jan. 05 for the evidentiary hearing. He was happy that they were taking there time to be thorough. I always suspected and hoped that this amount of time, in Howard's mind, gave IDCC additional time to have re-enforcements to surround the NOK fortress. For instance, additional licensees that provide less wiggle for NOK.
