Person mark...great analysis. Acquisition info is critical..revenue is there, just will take time to show on income statements and balance sheets. Their book value will then be able to be evaluated (as well as multiple) by bigger institutions...which equals $$$!

I think you have misunderstood my post I fully understand about dilution, accretion, eps etc etc maybe I should just cut to the chase.

Is EVRM currently issuing another 68m for the next 40% of STS thereby creating short term dilution?

EXCELLENT POST!!!!!!!! According to your knowledge of this company, when do you THINK it will be ANNOUNCED (the completion of the other 40%)? I ask because I am CONSIDERING investing some heavy money into this stock. Im kinda waiting on the dust to settle to see if I can maximize my share structure as I have recently purchased 4 times at levels near where we are and higher. Thanks as always for your excellent input and guidance. Your posts mean a lot to me and others.
