stayfocused:

EVRM is not going to issue any common stock for another 40% of STS aquisition. Also, the issued 68m will not hit the market , as Richard has to maintain the same status he maintained with STS. To me it looks like, once 80% STS aquisition is done, Richard will come as our new President and Sym will step down to CEO.

Good Luck,

I think the answer is probably however many million it takes. And the explanation (well put by him, I might add) was to show the quantity does not matter as much for the ROI that can be returned...All my interpretation of the answer... Sorry for the butt-in

68 million shares of restricted is not dilution, its peanuts with the volume we've seen here. Thats no money and its not hitting the float. Don't sweat it. This isn't your average pinky , this is going higher and I just dont mean PPS Im talking to a class of its own and I wouldn't be surprised if they try an uplisting to a higher exchange. You can't expect them to stay down here forever

Stayfocused, to better explain...

Respectfully, I think you misunderstood my answer. I think the thoughts shared below by The_Free_Nebulain are the main points that I was trying to get you to see:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=40997256

Even if you were to go worst case scenario and they added another 68 million shares to the Outstanding Shares (OS) to close the deal, it shouldn't matter because of the millions of dollars in value that they would otherwise be without by not allowing such to happen.

You mentioned the word dilution as if it is a bad thing. That will always depend as dilution is not always a bad thing and is sometimes a good thing as in the case here with EVRM and STS. About 99% or higher of every stock on the major markets and penny stock markets have diluted at one time or another. Don't believe me... pick a stock such as MSFT, CSCO, QCOM, etc. and go read their filings and look at how many S-8's they have filed. The dollar amounts of dilution from many of the major market stocks will blow you away.

Actually, that's why stocks exist to trade. Stocks exist to trade to either sell shares to raise capital to grow their company or to use their shares as leverage to grow their company as in the case here with EVRM and STS doing the latter. When greed and other unethical variables kick in then those righteous reasons for trading usually change. Fortunately, we don't have those issues here with EVRM. The motive behind any kind of dilution is what needs to be studied or considered as I had mentioned in my earlier post to you. Remember, there is good dilution... and bad dilution.

That is why I was trying to get you to see that even if dilution is the case here with EVRM and the OS increases due to ensuring the closing of STS, it will be good dilution and well worth it. Respectfully, that is not an opinion... that is a fact. Hang tough with EVRM. This stock is going places. We are Golden here with EVRM.
