Thanks! Based upon what EVRM has previously announced, I would like to think that they are very very close to announcing the closing of the acquisition/merger of STS... especially since they are releasing PRs about STS's developments.

This also leads me to think that the bulk of the closing is done except for a few "i's" to dot and "t's" to cross or they would have never released any news about any of STS's developments. I would have to guess and say in less than 2 weeks, but don't quote me on that as it is only a guess.
