Hate to disagree with you, however KIM was very good for many years, always ahead of PXD's counsel.
But then Buzbee was added and we hoped for a good outcome, everything went south afterwards.
To me, this indicates that "they" were paid off/silenced by the defendants.
However my attorney in the US, mind you I am still in Europe happened to unearth some rather startling facts in this case,,,
but gotta wait until I'm there.
