That's about the biggest tease I've seen on this board. How can this secret information be useful unless you get it to the judge re Gordon? Get it out there man, the hearing is on 9/11.

If "they" have been paid off, get it out there, or at least threaten to do so. Nothing could blow this case as wide open as evidence of a fixed outcome.


That said, I think the plaintiffs should be barred from bidding on the properties or buying them from a proxy. If they can only benefit by maximizing unitholder value for all unitholders, that would be best.

Well gyspsy the hearing is 9-11 so afraid your supposed info will be worthless if the judge cant hear it. If you have info tell it to the interveners so that they can bring it up at hearing if its found to be credible. If you dont then you shouldnt mention it
