Well as you can see ican spineless Kim can never go to trial now. He has completely compromised his case with this position. He goes so far as to justify the defendents statements so he can settle this as soon as possible and get his money. Never once did spineless Kim ever ask for a neutral appraisal of the assets. His number is locked in and thats all he cares about. The defense can try to screw his clients an we unitholders as much as possible and Kim will try and justify it.
