Not only do they have that essential patent they now have confirmed valid patents by the ITC. Now its up to IDCC to do some reconstructing I guess, damnded if I know how they was valid but needed some more reconstructing. I don't know much about patents and construction. If they wasn't properly constructed how did they get the patent, and then reaffirmed?
Things that make you go hmmm, I wonder if the judge has a new yacht waiting on him? I am being snide but this ruling makes no sense, its like you had more points on the scoreboard but the official said you lost.
