Interesting. Thanks for the reply. I don't know the answer, which is why I am asking. I just want to make sure I am being reasonable in my thinking and not just thinking with dollar signs in my head.

I don't know the law, so I don't know if they have to turn it over while making the objection. If that is the case, then it does answer my question in a way I can take as positive to the outcome I want.

Chuckypoo.. They have had months to get rid of any "evidence" which may incriminate them... How can we be sure they haven't already purged email accounts, databases, server files?

I would rather JPM just offer $10/share right now and settle it because when they are in possession of all files needed, it's very easy to click the delete button and it never existed! Hopefully we have some unhappy campers working in the JPM IT dept and made backups of everything!

Another question. Is the Aug. 1 date still in effect. I have been camping with the family and only had limited internet access, so I didn't read everything as well as I normally do. But, I think I remember something about different groups having to submit their request at the same time. If this is the case, then the groups need to put their lists together, submit them to JPM and give them reasonable time to respond. Am I remembering correctly???
