Chuckypoo.. They have had months to get rid of any "evidence" which may incriminate them... How can we be sure they haven't already purged email accounts, databases, server files?

I would rather JPM just offer $10/share right now and settle it because when they are in possession of all files needed, it's very easy to click the delete button and it never existed! Hopefully we have some unhappy campers working in the JPM IT dept and made backups of everything!
